Get Recruited are supporting a market leading organisation based in Bolton who, due to growth, are seeking a dedicated and highly organised Administrator to jointheir team.
As the Administrator, you will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact, responding to enquiries and escalating as appropriate. You will also manage databases and provide administrative support to other internal teams.

THE ROLE:
* Answering phonesand responding to any enquiries
* Managing and updating the company databases and spreadsheets
* Organising events, scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements
* Applying to relevant authorities for discharge licenses
* Dealing with third party contractors
* Handling all incoming and outgoing post
* Completing other duties as required
THE PERSON:
* At least 2 years' experience within an administration / operations role is essential
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Computer literacy is essential
