A leading Irish professional quantity surveying consultancy are looking to recruit an Associate Director for a newly established office. This person will be based in Galway with minimal travel.
The idealcandidate will possess the following traits;
* 7-10 years experience plus within a Senior Management/Project Management/Quantity Surveying role
* Happy to lead 15m project
* Excellent Business development skills
* Commercially acute
* Candidates from a Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Property Economics background are preferred
* Superb people management skills
* Has lead teams above 10 in the past
* Experience within consultancy or a client facing role a definite plus
* Expert knowledge of the Irish Construction Market an essential criteria
