DONCASTER
£26,000 to £28,000 + OTE + BENEFITS + FREE PARKING
8.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday (1 hour for lunch)
THE COMPANY:
We are recruiting on behalf of a long-established business located in Doncaster whois now looking to expand their operation due to the continued success of the business.
You'll be joining the team in a newlycreated Business Development Executive Executive position that will play an integral part in the generation of new sales from both new and existing customers.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Executive that has a consultative approach to join this truly fantastic business.
THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE ROLE:
* You'll be workingas a Business Development Executive within a small but busy business to business sales office
* Conducting research into prospective opportunities using the lead database and social media platforms
* Contacting existing clients and new clients (from bought in leads information) to discuss upcoming projects
* Taking a consultative approach to gather intelligence on the projects and to qualify a true nee
* Booking video based virtual appointments between the prospective/existing client and the Sales Director
* Conducting effective follow up calls and emails
* Updating and maintaining quality content within the CRM databaseTHE PERSON:
Essential
* Experience in business to business sales in any of the following positions; Telesales Executive, Business Development Executive, Telemarketing Executive, Sales Executive
* A stable work history with ambitiou to grow with the company
* A Consultative sales approach within a business to business sales environment
* Highly computer literate with MS Office, Outlook and have worked with a CRM system in the past
* Must have experience of selling to Director level contacts within businesses
* Strong communication skills, confidence and a proactive approach is essential
* A customer focused individual with a professional approach and a 'can do' attitude is vital
* Educated to GCSE level in English and MathematicsDesirable
* Experience of selling within construction industry or selling to property developers or architects would be a significant advantage
* A good understanding of using LinkedIn for research purposes
* Experience of booking appointments would be an advantage
