Business Development Manager Waterford

DOEA leading electrical engineering firm are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager for a Waterford based role with travel to the UK. The ideal candidate will come with a technical background specifically within electrical engineering, electrical works or quantity surveying. They will assist in lead generation with the Managing Director. They will report directly tothe Managing Director.
The ideal candidate will possess the following traits and is not restricted to:
* Degree/Trade qualification in a relevant field such as Electrical Studies, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying
* 8 years experience plus in a relevant field
* Keen to work between Ireland and the UK. Open to travelling 2-3 days perweek.
* Has a charismatic personality.
* Commercially focused
* In depth knowledge of industrial, manufacturing, pharma sectors a major advantage
* Have a well developed network within the sector
* Keen to assist the managing director in lead generation
* Happy to be based in Waterford/Middlesborough greater areas
* Key negotiator
* Full Clean Driving licence
