A bespoke housing developer are looking to appoint a Materials Buyer on a permanent basis to join their expanding Commercial team in Cambridgeshire.This premium house builder have an eye catching design and bespoke finish to their product and need a Materials Buyer that has had experience of setting up group deals and building a supply chain of trusted suppliers as well as procure bespoke materialsfor the region.
Buyers with an eye for purchasing quality materials, with the enthusiasm to build a buying department and astrong commercial accumen would be very suited to this role. It would also be ideal if you have previously worked for either a PLC developer or regional house builder.
