Are you a Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager within a London-based practice and looking to go client-side?
We currently have a requirement for a Quantity Surveyor/Cost Managerto join a growing commercial developer in Central London. The role will involve working client-side in a small commercial teamin their offices in Central London on several developments, including one particularly prestigious large-scale commercial £300m+scheme. Our client has achieved incredible growth over the last decade and has an impressive project portfolio of both currentand future projects.
This is a rare opportunity to make the move from a PQS environment into a client-side position and our client is ideally seeking the following:
* Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Cost Manager from consultancy(preferred) or main contractor background.
* Commercial sector project experience.
* MRICS qualified is a preference.
* Relevant degree in surveying or construction management.
* Exposure to both pre and post contract surveying duties preferred asis previous experience of assessing design proposals.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills.
* Eligible to work in the UK.
