Description:
As Commercial Manager, your role will be to assist the Commercial Director by managing the commercial team which consists of mainly intermediate and junior surveyors, to help guide and mentor them in terms of their learning and also to be hands on in your role in terms of surveying duties. Run CVR meetings in terms of financial and budgets for the schemes.It would be preferred that you have had held a similar role within a residential developer or contractor and have had experience of managing a team but also been involved with London based schemes and varying forms of construction including, RC frame, steel and timber frame.
Requirements
- Experience of working for a residential housing developer and traditional housing experience
- Management experience (teams of 8 and above)
- Strong surveying and commercial background
- Excellent IT skills
- Strong team player
You will receive a six figure basic salary along with a package that consists of an attractive bonus, pension, healthcare and travel allowance.
