A specialist manufacturer based in Cavan is looking to recruit a Commercial Manager for a Cavan based role. The ideal candidate will have experience within the construction sector and a quantity surveying background. Ideally experience from the Irish market.
The ideal candidate will possess the following traits;
* Quantity Surveying background
*10 years experience plus
* Residential experience a definite plus
* Has worked within the Irish or European markets ideally* Has up to date knowledge of the construction standards and costs in Ireland
* Expert knowledge of Irish Main Contractorsand current key players
* Happy to be based in Cavan and travel as required to site if necessary
* IT Savvy
* Happy to lead a team of Quantity Surveyors
* Excellent Communication skills
