A leading facilities management company are looking to recruit an Electrical Facilities Management Contracts Manager. The ideal candidate will have a background in facilities management or construction or electrical works. This role is specifically targeted at creating business within the PPP sector and dealing with government contracts. Those with prior experience within the semi-state, state or PPP sector will be highly regarded. This is a recession proof area of business that is currently expanding due to increased capital investment. Experience with education, medical and infrastructure works along with existing commercial properties is especially of interest.
The ideal candidate will fulfil the following criteria:
* Trade or degree qualified in business, engineering or a related field
* Electrical or Building Services background
* Experience within Facilities Management
* Prior experience as a Contracts Manager
* Located in Dublin or the surrounding counties such as Meath, Louth, Kildare, Wicklow
* Happy to work on a team of over 200 staff
* Has worked on OPEX and CAPEX works to date
* Can providecontractual expertise in securing new contracts and strengthening existing partnerships
* Has worked closely with public and private entities within the field of facilities management
* Looking to develop long term partnerships with PPPs in the greaterLeinster area
* Commercially aware
* Has worked on educational, medical, infrastructure, commercial or pharma works to date* Excellent Communication skills
* IT Savvy
* Keen to progress and further develop the firm
