CSA Estimator

A leading M&E Contractor is looking to recruit a CSA Estimator for their Dublin office. The ideal candidate will have worked on large scale projects in the Civil, Structural or Architectural field. Ideally on projects such as commercial, industrial and data centre works.
The Main Duties will include;
* Preparation of estimates
* Ability to take off quantities
* Assist in procurement
* Selection of sub-contractors and negotiation of works
* Provide administrative support for tender preparation and final accounts
* Relationship building with key stakeholders
* Communication with all parties
* Happy to work on FIDIC contracts
Essential skills
* A minimum of 3 yearsvalid experience
* A level 7 qualification in a related field such as Quantity Surveying, Construction Management , Property Economics, Cost Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering
* Additional post-graduate studies are an advantage but not a limiting factor
* Excellent IT skills, proficient in Buildsoft, CostX, Microsoft Office and MS Project
* Full EU driving licence
