Get Recruited are currently supporting a leading company based in Manchester who, due to growth, are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join theirteam.
As the Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for contacting local businesses and pitching the membership packages. You will be holding consultative conversations with senior level executives, with the aim of closing the sale over the phone.
This role would suit a motivated individual from a Customer Service, Telesales, Business Development, Account Management or Sales background who is wanting to progress their career and enjoy high earning potential.
THE ROLE:
* As the Customer Service Advisor, you will generate leads and identify potential new members through the use of the database, social media andthe internet
* Offer a consultative approach when speaking with prospective clients, discussing their business and encouraging them to sign up for membership
* When you cannot close over the telephone, book a meeting for the regional team member to meet with the prospective client
* Update and maintain the CRM system, ensuring that all client records are accurate
* Complete administrative duties as required
* Prepare and present accurate reports and recommendations
* Work towards agreed targetsand KPI's
THE PERSON:
* At least 6 months experience within a Customer Service, Telesales, Business Development, AccountManagement or Sales role
* A background within delegate sales or membership sales is desirable but not essential
* Resilient and self-motivated
* Excellent telephone manner
* A team player who is able to work towards targets
* Strong IT skills,experience using a CRM system is preferable
