Description:
* Meet andliaise with existing customers and target customers to identify their needs (more weight at Director level)
* Review and analysis of potential development sites
* Present development opportunities with recommendations to the 2 shareholders/ directors* Network to open opportunities for the company, raise the profile of businesses
* Negotiate the purchase of sites with vendors
* Liaise with grant funding authorities to identify alternative revenue schemes to support developments
* Deal and managewith our professional advisers, managing their timescales and ensuring they deliver on time, on budget
* Get sites purchasedand get them pushed through planning with the optimum planning permission
* Ensure the build process starts efficiently and smoothly, 1 day a week will be spent ensuring the company operate efficiently.
* Liaise with the build team in the sister-company so that developments can be built smoothly, on time and in a profitable manner
