Great opportunity for a Construction Foreman to join an established company on a permanent basis
My client is currently seeking to recruit an experienced and motivated Construction Foremanfor long term building projects based in the North Dublin Area.
Candidates would be required to have 4-5 years strong construction and project management.
Construction Foreman Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Management and working as a foreman on current and future building projects.
Recruitment and coordinating of sub-contractors and labourers as required on various projects
Procurement of materials, sourcing suppliers, placing orders, etc…
Requirements:
3-5 years strong constructionand project management - ideally trade qualification in carpentry.
Previous experience in management of projects with references supplied.
Self-motivated individual
Team player with excellent communication skills with excellent previous employer references
