Description:
Finishing Foreman required immediately for a 2 months contract in the Reading area overseeing the finishes on a 6 storey office block.
The Forman's duties will be,
Overseeing finishing stages through to handover
Overseeing trades and labour on site
Planning day to day works on site
Meeting timeframes
Snagging / Making Good
Ensuring health and safety is met
To be considered for this Foremen's role you will need the following,
Previous finishing experience preferablyon commercial projects
CSCS
SSSTS or SMSTS
First Aid
Own PPE
Applicants must have previous Finishing Foreman experience and be able to provide references from previous employers.
The potential candidate for this Finishing Foreman position must have can do attitude, be punctual and reliable.
