Position: Finishing Manager - Prime Residential
Location: Central London / Paddington
Salary: £250-£275 per day + overtime
Duration: 6-9 Months

The Role:
Experienced finishing manager required to undertake priority 1 snags on a prime residential development in Paddington. Experience in this role is essential, and ideally you will have experience using FieldView snagging software. This is a very high specification development so attention to detail and quality areessential.
Requirements:
* CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid (essential)
* Experienced finishing manager (essential)
* Experienced on high-spec prime residential developments (essential)
* Experienced user of FieldView (preferable)
* Strong management, organisational, I.T and communication skills are a must
* Strong work ethic with ability to motivate and drive a team toward a common goal
* Exemplary health & safety record.
* Should live within easy commutable distance to Chelsea
