A fantastic opportunity has arisen for one of our clients who provide a complete London Architecturalservice, from basic conceptual sketch ideas, through to detailed design and construction. Regardless of the size and scope of the project, the whole process is carefully managed by their team. My clients versatile team offer a full design and build servicewhere desired and they pride their selves as one of the most sought-after architectural firms in London.
Their High-End, Residential Design & Build company in London is looking for 25 freelance Residential Architects for an immediate start. Due toincredible levels of demand, they are building up their team, to handle the overflow of High-End Residential clients we must meet with and deal with. Project value can range between 200K - 3M depending on size.
Qualification
* Proficient at free hand design, sketching, and conceptual development
* Must be fully CAD proficient across multiple platforms, including MAC and PC* Ability to use rendering packages and 3D visualisation tools, such as SketchUp, 3D Studio Max, Rhino, Cinema4,
* Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other similar Design programs
* Must be RIBA Part 2 or Part 3 qualified
* ARB Membership Preferred
* RIBA Membership an advantage
* Must be UK Qualified
* Must have suitable references from previous Clients for previous projects
Experience
* General Knowledge of the Construction and Building Process
* Must have between 5and 10 years of experience in Residential Project Management in London
* Must have 5-10 years' experience of Residential Architecture in Central London
* Must have a portfolio of previous Residential projects and CV which demonstrates high-end London Residential Architectural expertise and experience
* Knowledge and experience of JCT building contracts and Contract Administration
* Knowledge of Listed Buildings, including extensive experience of the Planning and Listed Building Process, because of having worked on Projects in Central London
* Experience and Knowledge of Architectural detailing, including: Exterior and Interior Bespoke Joinery, Stone Detailing, Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Rod Drawings and the Manufacturing ProcessShould this be of interest to you please get in contact and send your most up to date CV and portfolio to the email address below as soon as possible.
