Exclusive Role - Senior QS/Commercial Manager
£30m M&E Package, Central London
£500+ per day (until at least July 2020), ASAP start
We currently have an urgent freelance requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager for a M&E Contractor in Central London. Our client is currently engaged on a £30m M&E package (mechanical bias) for a complicatedhospital upgrade in Central London; they currently need an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager to act as commercial lead on the scheme, which is currently live and likely to complete in circa July 2020.
Requirements:
* Significant experience as a QS/Commercial Lead on M&E packages of at least £15m+, ideally for M&E specialist subcontractors.
* Previous experience of working on large-scale Central London schemes.
* Eligible to work in the UK.
