My client is looking to hire a number of Graduate Quantity Surveyors for a Dublin based role. The role will offer experience within Commercial, Residential, Real Estate, M&E, Bank Monitoring and more. This is an ideal position for those who want to establish themselves within the PQS market in Dublin and gain experience on some of the most impressive projects in Ireland.
The role will entail;
* Working alongside an established team
* Completing all aspects of quantity surveying
* Gaining key experience across a broad range of works
* Making key connections within construction, engineering and real estate management
* Continuous growth and development with a structured CPD and personal developmentplan
The ideal candidate will:
* Degree qualified within Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Property Economics,Construction Management, Engineering or a related field
* Have a professional highly presentable demeanour
* Motivated anddiligent character
* Detail orientated
* Excellent communication skills
* Keen to excel in a professional quantity surveying practice
* Looking to become a chartered quantity surveyor
* Based in Dublin currently preferably
* Can work without restriction
* Full Driving licence an added bonus
* IT Savvy in Microsoft suite and cost management software
