A fantastic contract job-opportunity has arisen for an experienced Supervisor.
The employer is an award-winning UK-based CivilEngineering contractor, with a very strong reputation in the highways & civils sector. They are looking for an experiencedcandidate to work on a flagship project in White City, London.
As Supervisor you will report to the General Foreman. This role will suit someone with good man-management skills and the ability to bring the best out of the workforce. Good organisational skills are a must, as are good (English speaking) communication skills.
Duties:
* Conducting site safety briefings & toolbox talks
* Conducting site inductions
* Managing all permits to work
* Management & supervision of theworkforce
* Plant & material allocations
Training / Qualifications:
* Must have: SSSTS/CSCS/First Aid
* Should Have: NRSWA Supervisor Certificate
* Could Have: College or higher education in a construction related subject
Preferred Experience:
* Highways / Streetworks / Roadworks
* Civil Engineering
* S278 work
* Hard Landscaping
* Drainage* Kerb Laying & Street Lighting
