AINTREE, LIVERPOOL£22,000 to £30,000 Basic + Annual Bonus + Parking + Benefits

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Due to their expansion plans, they are now seeking an experienced Hire Desk Coordinator to join the team. You'll be joininga very welcoming and highly experienced team that will enable you to get up to speed quickly and will make you feel that you'vebeen part of the fabric for years.

THE HIRE DESK COORDINATOR POSITION:

* Working within the Hire & Sales team reporting to the Hire Manager and the Sales Director
* Handling incoming telephone calls and enquiries, logging on-hires Daily log and converting new enquiries into orders
* Processing orders to conclusion and coordinating with the yard to ensure orders are fulfilled
* Ensure at all times paperwork is completed speedily and accurately
* Conducting company credit checks to ensure they meet the guidelines
* Produce appropriate computer-generated hire quotations* Working to team sales & hire targets to ensure the operation achieves goals
* Communicating with Yard staff to understand stock availability
* Aim to maximise recovery of transport costs on deliveries and collections and appropriate charging of material lost upon completion of hires.
* Attend to call-in-trade clients at the trade counter, converting enquiries to ordersand processing to point of dispatch

THE HIRE DESK COORDINATOR PERSON:

* Current/Recent experience within a Hire Desk Coordinator or Sales & Hire Desk Coordinator position
* Highly organised individual with the passion to deliver a high qualityservice to all clients
* Great communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
* Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
* Computer literate and easily picks up new systems quickly
