Panoramic Associates is currently working with a Local Authority based in the South West to recruit an Interim Development Manager. As part of your role, you will be overseeing a residential scheme from site identification through the planning, procurement and development process.
Key role requirements:
* Effectively operating the council's appraisal system
* Assessing the viability and feasibility of potential residential sites
* Working effectively with peers and colleagues on sensitive public agendas
* Commercially focused with the ability to forecast, plan and manage project/internal resources and external suppliers
* Establishing the project team and preparing the schemes business case
* Preparing the brief for the appointment of the master planners and associated consultants
My client is looking for a development professionalwho has operated within a Local Authority or Housing Association setting. The role will for an initial 6 months with the required professional being available ASAP.
