Description:
Experienced Joiner required for work on a heritage building in the Stoke area. Good rates of pay and excellent continuation of work for the right candidate.
Must have own tools, full UK driving licence, Fluent English and good Health and Safety knowledge is a must. We are interested in recruiting immediately!
You will be required to have your own tools and be able to carry out the following types of work-
* General carpentry
* Facias
* 1st & 2nd Fix Carpentry
* Studwork
Applicants must:
* Be able to think on their feet and problem solve
* Be a team player with good communication skills
* You will answer directly to the site foreman
* Be able to work as part of a team
* Have Good Time management
* A sound building knowledge
* Current CSCS card required
* Full UK driving license
* Be able to provide 2 check-able references from a similar role
The work is for 2 months with the possibility of it lasting up until December for the right candidate and the rate of pay is £18.00 per hour including holiday pay (CIS payment model is available). There will be an opportunity to transfer to other projects depending on performance.
