Junior Quantity Surveyor

A leading Tier 1 Contractor is looking to expand its Cork Quantity Surveying Team. They are looking at graduate to less than 10 years' experience at present. They will consider those who have worked in alternative sectors such as Main Build, Civil or PQS practices.
The ideal quantity-surveying candidatewill possess the following traits;
* Degree qualified in a relevant field such as Quantity Surveying, Cost Economics, Property Economics, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering etc
* Graduate to 10 years experience* Construction related experience within the Irish Market a definite plus
* Keen to work on Mechanical and Electrical Aspectsof construction
* Experience with HVAC a definite plus
* Excellent communicator
* Practical experience as a Quantity Surveyor a vital requisite
* Trade background such as plumbing or electrical works a definite advantage
* Interested in becomingchartered a definite plus
* Excellent IT skills
* Experience with BIM drawings a definite plus
