Position: M&E Coordinator
Location: Dublin City Centre
Salary: DOE
A leading developer is looking to recruit a M&E Coordinator for a Dublin City Centre based role.
The ideal candidate will possess the following traits but is not restricted to:
* Relevant Third Level Qualification
* 5 years' experience plus within a similar role
* Experience with Sub Contractors and Main Contractors on largebuilds
* Ideally experienced within development of mixed use developments
* Experienced within design, build and implementation of required M&E works
* Keen eye for detail
* Can easily detect and implement changes in line with current buildingstandards
* Commercially focused
* Key team player
* Motivated and diligent individual
