We are looking for a fluent German M&EProject Manager to run the services on a £50 million new build project in Frankfurt, Germany. This is a complex project and wecan pay a salary up to £85,000 plus a package. This project is currently live and we ideally need somebody to start very soon.Are you somebody that has worked on complex Construction projects previously? The client are a Large Main Contractor that we have worked with for over 8 years. They turnover £1 billion a year andhave a stable history of delivering complex projects from £20 million up to £300 million. They cover all of Europe, The UAE andAsia.
This could also be a temporary role to start off with that becomes permanent in order to get somebody started asap.The successful M&E Project Manager will be the Services lead on site and will work closely with the on site Project Manager.
Duties include:
* Taking ownership of services delivery on this project
* Co-ordination of Services design meetings* Mechanical and Electrical reports to the client and Contracts Manager
* Liaising with external consultants
* Managing the mechanical and electrical Sub-Contractors
* Enforcing a strict Health & Safety policy on site.
* Focusing theteam into delivering the project on time and to budget.
* Managing your own site team; Electrical and Mechanical Site Managers and Supervisors.
