A leading Tier 1 contractor is lookingto recruit a number of M&E Project Managers for roles in the greater Leinster area. Ideally will have experience with largescale commercial, industrial, pharma or data centre projects.
The ideal candidate will possess the following traits;
* 5-10 years experience at PM level
* Third level qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering
* Managed projects in excess of 10m
* Has managed projects from tender to handover stages
* Financially aware of construction requirements
* Experience with prefabricated/modular construction a definite plus
* Superb team management skills
* Able to work to strict deadlines
* Proven capabilities
* Fluent English Essential
