Salary: £50,000 - 65,000
Based in Bristol
The client is an internationally well-known contractor who operate in the UK, Central Europe, UAE and America. Turnover this year of this main contractor was over £1.5 billion specialists infit-out, technology, construction and development deliver.
Planner will report into the pre-construction manager and site-based project manager while working closely with subcontractors and construction managers and 2 x planners in the team. Planner will be office based in Bristol, with occasional site visits which could be anywhere in the UK. There is also a possibility of travel to Germany (for 1 or 2 days at a time)
Working predominantly on tenders for distribution centres, car show rooms and complex shopping centres (complex logistics, multiple sectional completions, live environments). Project values ranging from £5 million to £100 million.
You must be able to demonstrate that you have worked on tender programmes, predominantly around complicated projects and large scale buildings, have to have construction knowledge.
