Panoramic Associates is currently looking for an interim Project Manager to help assist the Council's delivery team. As part of your role, you will be responsible for new and existing residential housing sites to increase and manage a development programme of approximately 400+ units per annum. There will also be commercial units as part of the scheme consisting of an NHS centre, community centre and retail shops.
Key role requirements:
* Proven track record of leading development schemes from inception to completion
* Maximising existing development pipelines schemes liaising effectively with relevant members/ stakeholders
* Overseeing the delivery of complex mixed tenure residential sites
* Managing project budgets and effectively communicating with colleagues in finance to access resources
Next Steps:
The role will be for 6 months with a likely extension, my client can accommodate flexible working arrangements dependent on the business needs.
