A leading facilities management firm are looking to recruit a Project Manager who will be based in the greater Dublin area to coordinate nationwide works for an immediate post. The ideal candidate will havea building services background in either Electrical or M&E works. Projects with this firm range from €10k to €2m and a wide variety of works.
Candidates must possess the following;
Electrical or Building Services background
Trade ordegree qualified will be considered depending on experience
5 years plus experience on electrical projects
Management experience preferred but not essential
Happy to lead a team of technicians
Electrical or critical maintenance project experience essential
Has worked on retail projects in the past
Happy to work on commercial, industrial or pharma works
Located in Dublin or the surrounding area
Looking to coordinate nationwide projects
Full clean driving licence
Keen to work with a number of teamsExcellent communication skills
Must have knowledge of excel,powerpoint, word
Happy to create Profit and Loss presentations ona monthly basis

Keen to succeed within the role as project manager
