£400-£420 daily rate (inside IR35)A London Local Authority is looking to bring on board an Interim Project Manager to join the Council's new business team. As part of your role, you will be instrumental to help increase and manage the development pipeline whilst unlocking new potential sites.
Key role requirements:
* Working with the council's wholly-owned company to help unlock new sites and business ventures for residential housing
* Effectively operating the council's appraisal system
* Working effectively with peers and colleagues on sensitive public agendas
* Commercially focused with the ability to forecast, plan and manage project/internal resources and external suppliers.
* Obtaining suitable planning consent and managing the tender process
Next Steps:
The role will be for an initial 6 months with a likely extension. My client is looking to interview in the next couple of weeks. There will be an opportunity for flexible working arrangements, dependent on business needs.
