A leading Irish Consultancy is looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager for a client facing role in Dublin City Centre. The ideal candidate will have extensive construction experience and ideally will have worked direct for clients or come from a consultancy background.Main Contractor backgrounds will be considered for the right candidate looking to cross over.
The ideal candidate will fulfil the following criteria:
* Construction background
* Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Engineering background preferably
* Trade backgrounds will be considered if career progression has been seen
* Highly polished
* Excellent time management and people management skills
* Able to work to strict deadlines
* Excellent IT skills
* Superior reporting skills
*Keen to work on Dublin City Centre projects
* Has worked on projects in excess of 20m
