Position: Project Manager/Site Manager
Location: Dublin
Salary: Negotiable
A leading main contractor are looking for experienced project managers to work on Commercial, Industrial and Residentialbuilds within Dublin. Projects based in North, South and Dublin City Centre
The following traits are desirable but not a necessity:
· 5 years' experience as a Site Manager
· Build projects above €5m.
· Experience with Commercial an advantage.
· Experience with Restoration and Structural works a definite plus.
· Previous builds within the Commercial, Residential and Industrial sector.
· Experience working on multiple projects at once.
· Excellent time management skills a must.
This role will be a supervisory position. It will be an on-site and off-site role.
