A leading specialist construction firm are looking for a Project Manager to work between Carlow and Dublin. They have two projects ongoing at present that require supervision from a Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have an engineering or quantity surveyor background and reside within proximity to Carlow or Dublin.The duties of this role will include;
* Planning and coordination of works on site
* Delivery of project from the manufacturing facility
* Management of staff and labour requirements
* Delivery of project on time
* Ability to read drawings on CAD and Revit
* Coordination of document control with in house staff
Essential traits include;
* Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
* Ability to successfully coordinate with clients and build long term relationships
* 4-year Degree in a relevant discipline is required such as Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Property Economics or Construction Management
* A minimum of 5 years of Project Management in Commercial Construction
* Team player
* Excellent IT skills
* Background in structural steel a distinct advantage
