A leading facilities management firm are looking to recruit a Project Manager who will be based in the greater Dublin area for an immediate post. The ideal candidate will havea building services background in either Mechanical or Electrical or M&E works. Projects with this firm range from €10k to €2m and a wide variety of works.
Candidates must possess the following;
* Mechanical, Electrical or BuildingServices background
* Trade or degree qualified will be considered depending on experience
* 5 years plus experience in running projects
* HVAC, Electrical or critical maintenance project experience essential
* Happy to work on commercial, educational and pharma works
* Located in Dublin or the surrounding area
* Full clean driving licence
* Keen to work with a number of teams
* Excellent communication skills
* Career driven
* Keen to succeed within the role as project manager
* Can start ASAP
* Remediation and refurb experience an additional advantage
