Description:
You will be responsible for managing the technical function of the site and will need to report onall technical, engineering and architectural areas of the project from conception right through to completion and final adoptions/handovers stage. As Technical Manager you will also be responsible for managing the external design team and appointed consultants, arrange, co-ordinate and manage design team meetings as well as liaise with Planning, Commercial, Health and Safety and Sales departments.
It would be preferred that you have had held a similar role within a residential developer or contractor and have had experience of different forms of construction including, RC frame, steel and timber frame as well as a good strong knowledge of the development/technical design process.
Requirements
- Experience of working for a residential housing developer and traditional housing experience
- architectural or engineering background
- Ability to use AutoCAD
- ExcellentIT skills
- Strong team player
