FRS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Junior/Intermediate Quantity Surveyor for €350m+Project in Dublin City Centre.

Quantity Surveyor
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Procure andprepare Sub-Contract packages/orders
* Administer Sub-Contract orders from award to final account
* Prepare Sub-Contract payments
* Preparation and submission of valuations
* Manage the production of monthly financial reports
* Attend monthly site progress meetings.
Necessary skills and requirements:
* Degree Qualified Quantity Surveyor
* 4-7 years experience
* Ability to work to tight deadlines and budgets
* Track record with a recognised main contractor
* Excellent knowledge and understanding of all forms of contract
* Subcontract procurement and administration skills
* Commercially aware with good client facing skills
* Ability to work in a team or on own initiative
* Ability to perform multiple tasks at a high level of quality
* Ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environment
