A leading Mechanical and Electrical contractor is looking to take on a number of Quantity Surveyors. Ideally with a minimum of 4 years experience. Experience with Mechanical and Electrical works will be favoured but they are open to quantity surveying candidates fromgeneral construction and civil engineering backgrounds also.

What you will need;
* Relevant Third Level qualification within Quantity Surveying, Property Economics, ConstructionManagement etc
* A minimum of 4 years experience
* Ideally within the Irish market
* Has worked on all aspects of commercial management
* Excellent report writing skills
* Has produced in depth bill of quantities in the past
* Fluent English* Full driving licence
* Located in Dublin, Louth, Meath, Kildare, Wicklow or looking to relocate to Dublin
* Happy to workon site
* Excellent IT skills
* Familiarity with Buildsoft, Cubit, CostX, Excel or other take-off software programmes
* Ideally located in Dublin
* Can start in max 1 month
Please note that candidates will be considered but preference given toIrish, UK, Canadian, Australian and New Zealand based experience on Mechanical or Electrical works. Candidates working towards chartership will be considered for this role and it will be supported by the firm.
