Quantity Surveyor - Groundworks and RC Frames
Salary: £65,000 - £110,000 (Salary Neg) + package
Location: Sutton, South London
Our client is a specialist in providing groundworks services, reinforced concrete sub-structures andsuperstructures to the UK construction industry.
They are currently looking for a Groundworks and RC Frame Quantity Surveyor. The potential candidate will need to be an experienced Quantity Surveyor who has been established in the industry workingpredominantly with subcontractors. Ideally, they are looking for a candidate with a Civils, groundworks or concrete frame background. The position will be based from their office in Sutton, South London and oversee projects in and around London and home counties.
The role involves surveying / commercial management duties (i.e. taking projects from start to final account making sure budgets are maintained and profit levels are maximised while reporting any necessary changes) on reinforced concrete (RC) frame packages and associated groundwork & foundation packages.
If successful you will report to the commercialdirector and will be responsible for a group of projects (usually around 3 to 6 at any one time - again depending on values)
