Quantity Surveyor - Civils and Groundworks
Salary: £50,000 - £95,000 + package
Location: Uxbridge, London
Our client is a family owned company specialising in Civil Engineering and Groundworks across the south of England.
Looking torecruit a Quantity Surveyor preferably with a background in civil engineering and groundworks. The position will be based fromtheir head office in Uxbridge, West London and oversee projects in and around London and home counties.
The role involves surveying / commercial management duties (i.e. taking projects from start to final account making sure budgets are maintained and profit levels are maximised while reporting any necessary changes) on civil engineering or groundworks packages.
If successfulyou will report to the director and will be responsible for a group of projects (usually around 3 to 6 at any one time - againdepending on values).
