Duties
* Provide expertise and support to the Senior QS and the wider team of Project Managers
* Work across both commercial and residential schemes
* Mixed-use of up to 300 units
* Workingpre and post construction - work on schemes cradle to grave
* Responsible for the delivery of the assigned projects and ensure that they are procured and delivered within the time frame
Requirements
* High experience working with commercialproperty or residential
* Mixed-use experience is desirable but not essential
* Experience and confidence working with stakeholders
* Experience of both pre and post contract administration including preparing cost plans, estimates, bills of quantities, procurement, value engineering, tender reporting, valuations and final accounts
* Good knowledge and interest in market conditions and commercial awareness
* Relevant/ related qualifications are a benefit but not essential
