Commercial Manager
Limerick
€50-€75k+ DOE
A leading Limerick based Construction firm are looking to recruit a Commercial Manager for a Limerick based role. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Quantity Surveyor and will have at least 10 years experience.
This role will involve:
* Management of all Commercial Transactions
* Monitoring payments and costs both projected and incurred
* Managing of junior quantity surveying staff
* Meeting with project managers to ensure projects are run in a safe and cost effective manner
* Keeping an up to date record of all payments made and due
* Providing an accurate list of costs and claims in relation to all projects
* Liaising with all stakeholders to ensure an up to date account is provided
* Communication between both staff and client
* Representation of thefirm for business development purposes
The ideal candidate:
* Will be degree qualified within Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or Construction Management
* Will have a minimum of 7 years experience
* Happy to lead a team of quantity surveying and admin staff
* Located in proximity to Limerick or looking to relocate
* Keen to work from Limerick on Nationwide projects
* Happy to travel 1-2 days per week
* Excellent IT skills
* Key communicator
