A successful listed company is seeking a Regional Finance Director, to be based in Gloucestershire
You will have ownership of all financial planning, analysis, control and reporting for the region, ensuring the objectives contained within the region's budgets/forecasts are met in a cost effective manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts and associated financial analysis in line with agreed timescales and content.
* Direct and review the budgeting and forecasting process for the region including detailed reviews withmembers of the regional board of directors.
* Monitor regional performance against budgets and forecasts.
* Develop, controland implement strategies which enable effective financial control and management over the region and involvement in the improvement of financial process across the Group.
* Once a year, project manage a strategic review of the regions three year plan looking at both the qualitative and quantitative aspects of the plan.
* Contribute effectively to the running of the region through your membership of the regional board of directors.
* Drive expansion with particular emphasis upon increased profits andreturn on capital employed, and the setting of the appropriate budgets and development of forecasts.
You must be a qualifiedaccountant with solid finance leadership experience. You should be a team player willing to impact the operations of the business and understand the impact of the numbers
