This is a new position within their company and they are looking to recruit someone with a good knowledge of Revit and building Revit models from data. Working on commercial / retail projects, within multi trades. Attending client's meetings, producing clash analysis reports and altering 2D and 3D models to suit.
Responsibility & Duties
* To work collaboratively and proactively with external modelling suppliersto ensure that they understand and execute every project in the most effective way, encouraging best practice in every fashion* To ensure that all BIM projects deliver a great service by guaranteeing they beat client expectations and meet Company standards - in aspects such as quality, timeliness and health & safety
* To produce 3D BIM-ready models from point cloud data measured by our experienced team of in house surveyors
* To take the role of Revit Technician for given projects, liaising withProject Managers, Surveyors and modellers to ensure that the most appropriate modelling workflow, techniques, and software areutilised across the Project team
Experience & Qualification
* Will have a minimum 3 years' experience in Revit Architecture
* Will have a minimum of 1 year mechanical / electrical experience
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
* Self-motivated and pro-active
* The ability to work well within a team or independently
* Architectural-related degree or qualification would be desirable but not essential
