A leading Civil contractor is looking to recruit a Senior Civil Quantity Surveyor for the Cork region. They are interested in candidates witha very strong civil background with a qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or Civil Engineering.
The ideal candidate will be based in Cork and fulfil the following criteria;
* Degree Qualified in Quantity Surveying/ConstructionManagement/Civil Engineering
* 7-10 years plus experience
* Expert knowledge of the Irish Construction market
* Civil experience in groundsworks, utilities, reinforcement, marine works
* Excellent commercial negotiation skills
* Keen to work onprojects in Cork
* Ideally located in Cork currently or looking to relocate
* Excellent time management skills
* Expert knowledge of sub contractor negotiation skills
* Keen to work as part of a growing team with career development
