Senior Commercial Manager - Major HealthcareProject in London
£115,000 plus £8,000 car/allowance plus pension, health, etc.
Are you a Senior Commercial Manager with experience of working on large-scale healthcare and hospital construction schemes in the UK?
We are currently recruiting for awell-reputed international main contractor who, despite current market conditions, are anticipating a prolonged period of growth over the next five years. They actively promote modern, creative problem-solving and collaborative working across all of theirprojects, which span the retail, residential, commercial and healthcare sectors and their project portfolio is one of the mostimpressive in London.
Due to continued growth, they currently have a requirement for a Senior Commercial Manager to join their expanding healthcare division. Ultimately, they need a heavyweight who will be the main commercial point of contact for a major £300m hospital scheme that is set to go live in 2022; our client is seeking a driven, hugely motivated individual with a trackrecord of delivering large-scale complicated healthcare schemes in the UK and who is capable of engaging with difficult stakeholders at a senior level. Ideally, our client is seeking the following:
* Significant commercial experience for a main contractor.
* Must have major healthcare project experience.
* Relevant construction/engineering degree desirable (not essential).* Positive, driven individual, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders.
* Previous man-management experience.
* Eligible to work in the UK.
