A leading Irish Consultancy are looking to recruit aSenior Quantity Surveyor for a Dublin City based role. This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate with a very professional profile and a drive for more!
The ideal candidate will possess the following traits;
* Degree Qualified in a related fieldsuch as property economics, quantity surveying, cost management or construction management
* Chartered or wishes to become chartered ideally but not essential
* 5 years experience plus
* Experience within the Irish Market a definite advantage
* Client facing experience a major plus
* Happy to be based in a Dublin City Centre office
* Very well presented and highly motivated
* Excellent presentation skills
* Fluent English speaker
* Keen commercial acumen
