A fantastic permanent job-opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a respected & highly desirable employer. The employer is an multi award-winning UK-basedresidential developer, with an enviable reputation in the London construction industry. They are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a major project in London.
The role will suit an individual who is looking to enter an exciting project where they can really make their make, who can have a real impact in its successful running, with industry-leading career development opportunities.
The Project:
High profile development in London, comprising construction of over 1500residential units and multiple mixed use potentials. Total project value is circa £400m, with a build-programme of 5 years.Requirements:
You will need to have extensive experience working on major residential projects within the London marketusing JCT form of contract and have the desire to join arguably one of the best developers out there. You will ideally have 5+ years experience as a senior quantity surveyor or lead project surveyor on similar schemes and are willing.
