A leading main contractor is looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor reporting to the Commercial Manager. The ideal candidate will have Tier 1 or Tier 2 experience. They will ideally reside inWaterford or within a 45 minute drive of Waterford City.
The ideal candidate will possess the following criteria;
* Thirdlevel qualification in Quantity Surveying is a MUST
* 8 years experience plus
* Has worked on Commercial, Residential, Healthcare works to date
* Based in Waterford local area
* Excellent reporting skills
* Keen to work as a part of a team
* Excellent communication skills
