Senior Quantity Surveyor - Concrete Frames & Groundworks (Main Contractor exp considered)
Salary: £75,000- £100,000 + package + bonus
Location: Watford, Hertfordshire
Our client is a family owned company and family run, specialist in Basements, Re-inforced Concrete Frames and groundworks across the south of England. One of the leading companies within its sector with turnover in excess of £50 million per annum.
Looking to recruit 2x Senior Quantity Surveyor preferably with a background in Concrete Frame or Basement construction however will consider applicants from a Main Contractor background with experience having worked on new build high rise RC Frame projects. The position will be based from their recently refurbished head office in Watford, Hertfordshire and oversee projects in and around London and home counties.
Therole involves surveying / commercial management duties (i.e. taking projects from start to final account making sure budgets aremaintained and profit levels are maximised while reporting any necessary changes) on reinforced concrete (RC) frame packages and associated groundwork & foundation packages.
If successful you will report to the commercial director and will beresponsible for a group of projects (usually around 3 to 6 at any one time - again depending on values) projects ranging in value from £500k to £10M.
