A leading Kerry based contractor is looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor for an office based role in Kerry. This will suit those based in Kerry, Cork or Limerick with over 7 years experience within Quantity Surveying.
The ideal candidate will take projects from start to finish with the assistance of an established quantity surveying team.
The role will involve working on a wide range of projects from residential to commercial to public body works. It is an ideal role for a Quantity Surveyor who wants to be based permanently in Kerry and work with a well established firm.
Candidate requirements;
* Degreein Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
* Located in Kerry or looking to relocate* Proximity to Kerry within in Limerick or Cork
* 7 years plus quantity surveying experience
* Happy to work on projectsfrom start to finish
* Keen to lead junior quantity surveying staff
* Looking for a permanent quantity surveyor role in Kerry
* IT Savvy
* Motivated and driven
